I like these for the amount you get because they will last me for a long time. The burn time is really good, they last me about 2 hours or sometimes a little more (I have the personal G'Star 11" hookah). One of the problems that I have is they smell a little funky. When you light them at first they smell like burning wood. After that they smell a little better but still lightly funky, but they get the job done and are long lasting, quick lighting coals so I'm happy.

Coals heat up fast, with work, and they will stay hot. A little advice, I got an old can good and poked holes in it, and placed it on the coals, it keeps them hot and vented. Use gloves to not burn yourself.
