the product was as described. it came on time as well. however, for people who smoke hookah on a regular basis this isn't recommend. due to the quality of the metal, there is an after taste. takes time to heat up as well. do not heat this item like you would on an original as it would melt off in low heat as well like it did mine. just a heads up. maybe seller could improve the quality of the product and up the price a bit
