I ordered these for my father and myself, as these are pretty easy to lose, and this is a good price. They do start out a bit stiff, but if you rotate it a few times it starts loosing up.
It does the job. Definitely difficult to move around the tool. Overall, satisfied.

Just what I ordered. They are what a pipe smoker needs. A tool for each need. It did take a while to get them. Coming from China.
