I've used it twice so far. Comes with a nice storage pouch. It's good for a more shallow cleansing, due to the smaller volume. I have used a shower enema in the past, and those essentially turned into colonics, and took me an hour to get done. With this, I was able to do several flushes, and get the water to come out clean, without having to be concerned about stuff coming out later. I used it from a sitting position on the toilet, and just used tap water. You just need to get your technique down, and make sure not to let any "backwash" come back into the bulb, which you can fortunately see with the clear.

The clear aspect to the bulb is very helpful in terms of knowing the level of water that is in it and how clean it is. The bulb has a learning curve when it comes to filling up the entire thing. You have to fill it up twice. The second time you squeeze the air out and invert the nozzle to submerge it back into the water cup or bowl you use to fill it. Then release your grip and it will fill the rest of the way. The stainless steel tip delivers the water quickly and more smoothly than the plastic one provided. It does allow backwash to occur if you do not administer it properly. So, do not let go of the grip until it is removed or it will result in a backwash effect.
This is by far, the finest enema bulb / anal douche on the market. The tips stay in very tight, which is a problem with almost all these devises, and when the wear and pop off during an enema things get messy.

I find this item to be of high quality. Other enema bulbs that I own shed their inner coating - which is unslightly....and very difficult to clean. This enema bulb's interior however can easily be seen. ... the thickness of the bulb implies a long lasting quality item. It is professionally packaged and comes with 3 tips - which you have the option of using. Quality item for sure!
First of all the packaging is very nice and professional it even includes a small bag to store your enema in. The bulb has a non-stick grip feel to it which makes it easier to use compared to other enemas I've tried. Also the bulb is transparent which makes sanitation much more reliable. I love the easy of use with the interchangeable tips provided they give you three to try out. Will be purchasing more from this company!
I like that it's clear, so you'll know when it's almost full (so no overflow when you're filling it up), and once you're done, you can see if it's completely clean when you're cleaning it. Someone had mentioned about the opening being too small when filling it up, but if you get a small/mini funnel or if you get a plastic ketchup and mustard squeeze bottle, and cut some of the squeeze bottle's opening tip off, that works perfectly as a funnel. I even cut the bottom off of the plastic ketchup and mustard squeeze bottle so I can use it just like funnel and it works perfectly.
