At first I was disappointed with the package. It didn't come with everything it mentioned on the description(it was outdated). But after sending an email to them, their speedy response and perfect customer service, more than made up for the inconvenience. They were able to get me the right items I needed right away and was even able to offer me tips and a solution to my problem.
Other than that, this Hookah is a great buy! Perfect for having a Hookah Session with a group of people, and the overall quality is great! I suggest asking about stoppers for it if you plan to smoke by yourself or with 2 people. They are more than willing to answer your questions and will gladly help you with any concerns!
