There are a lot of mixed reviews for this product so I wanted to address some of the common complaints.
- Yes this is pretty cheaply made. That said, if the white piece falls out, it'd be super easy to epoxy back together. Similarly, if the little metal pokies come out they appear to be easily replaced with some small brad nails from the hardware store. I wouldn't let these things hold you back from buying on.
- The diameter of the punctures from edge to edge is 1.5 inches. This is a bit smaller than desirable for most bowls if you puncture the foil from the center of your bowl. I recommend lining up one edge of the nails with one edge of your bowl, make your first puncture then follow the edge around making two or three more punctures. This does two things: First, you get a pretty consistent puncture pattern over the entire surface of whatever-sized bowl you use, and secondly it will make several of the punctures a tiny bit bigger than they would otherwise be which brings me to my third point...
- The holes being too small: I personally didn't feel like the puncture holes are too small to begin with. They are a bit smaller than if you had used a toothpick, but there's enough of them and if you follow my poking suggestions from above I think you'll find the holes to be adequately sized and spaced for good air-flow through the foil. For the record, I tested this with foil on a Shishabucks Cloud Bowl, which is pretty wide.
- The nails pack the Shisha: I don't know if this is a real concern since I tend to punch holes before loading the bowl. It adds an extra step but then you never have to worry about packing the Shisha too much, regardless of how you punch your foil.
With all that in mind, I gave this 4/5 stars, docking a star for the low-quality build. If you hate punching foil for your bowl like I do, this is a solid purchase and cheap enough that you could get a few in case one breaks or can't be fixed. I've attached some pictures to help visualize what I've outlined above. The bowl in the pictures is a Shishabucks Cloud Bowl.

Pro: Makes life easier for the one who prepares it for you.
Con: When making it by hand, one hole at a time, there is a certain amount of Love that goes into it, you lose that effect here.
Used to poking holes with a toothpick? This leads to uneven holes and unless it's part of your smoking ritual it's an annoying task. Now you can poke even holes in a single action. More time to smoke! Never a bad thing.
