I wouldn't take it. Calaud does not stand tight. Taste no, silicone bowl in my opinion is the best. Keeps heat and smoke at the highest level. I did not like the bowl :(

We have had so far only good experience with your products but this item was a huge disappointment, plus an intended gift for my girlfriend. The glass piece has literally broken into two pieces during our first use, probably from the heat. The glass cracked into two halves and we cannot use it at all. The fault is not ours, we have been smoking hookah for many years now and we know how to prepare and manage it. Is there a chance that this was a faulty piece? Is there a possibility to get a refund or at least get only the glass part somehow? Thank you in advance, Jiri
